One of the responsible gaming options offered is the Cool Off function. Cool Off is a self-initiated suspension of your account for a time limit you specify.
- To access this feature, you would login to their mobile app account and go to the menu. Once in the menu you will see the Responsible Gaming section with the 'Cool Off' tab.
- It is important to note that you MUST click on the 'Cool Off' tab from the Responsible Gaming section and NOT the 'Responsible Gaming Policy' as it will not bring you to the right area.
