If problems still exist on verifying location, utilize the following procedure.
- Log out of your Betfred Sports account and clear you browser/app cache.
- Uninstall & reinstall the GeoGuard application if using the mobile site.
- Turn on airplane mode for 1 minute before disabling airplane mode.
- Check Wi-Fi & Location settings on your phone
- If using data, try wi-fi and vice versa
- Log back in to your Betfred Sports account
If using a web browser, GeoGuard recommends using Google Chrome as users experience fewer location errors.
